The REDLINE Department of Justice is not a government agency and does not exercise sovereign power. Its authority is derived from private law, contractual agreement, and recognized legal frameworks that permit independent oversight and investigation.

REDLINE operates as a chartered justice authority retained by institutions, organizations, legal bodies, and private entities requiring impartial review, investigation, or compliance oversight.

REDLINE’s authority is limited in scope and exercised only within the boundaries defined by contract, law, or court order. REDLINE does not possess arrest power, prosecutorial authority, or regulatory control.
